Liaoning Governor to Visit the
Silicon Valley Foreword
To promote local economy and strengthen the connection to the hi-tech community in the San Francisco-Silicon Valley Bay Area, 4 delegations of 50 people from Liaoning Province of China, led by Governor Shi-Zeng Wen, will re-visit the Bay area November 30 - December 4, 1999. They include a government delegation of 12 provincial officials, a science delegation of 5 delegates, a business delegation, and a trade delegation. The visitors welcome the chance to meet the
US business community and to visit local hi-tech companies.
