Notes:

  1. We are now working with PRC government agencies at central and local levels, to make financial and logistic arrangements for this trip. Most likely, we need to pay for international airfare and hotel, and these agencies pay for local transportation. We will try our best to make favorable arrangements although it is a hard job to do.
  2. Since many provincial and city governments have invited OCBA to visit for cooperation after OCBA's 1999 visits, we have not t decided which places to visit at this time. Stay tuned for latest plan.
  3. We plan to organize 10-20 people on this trip, and accept application from overseas Chinese with strong experience in technology development, research, education, marketing and so on.
  4. Qualification  of delegates: in most cases an earned Ph.D. degree in information technology (computer software and hardware, and   telecommunications) or biotech and at least 5 years professional experience outside China are required of all applicants in most cases. We will also consider experienced professionals without a PhD degree.

  5. MOST - Ministry of Science and Technology, MOE - Ministry of Education

  6. To apply, email to Dr. Dongping (Daniel) ZHU (delegation coordinator) or Dr. Jin HUANG (delegation leader)
