Models for data patterns are obtained from the data points in the subspace computed by MasterMiner's hidden projection algorithms.
- Models are represeted by two groups of mathematical expressions, as shown in the figure below.
- inequalities as the planar surfaces that segment data points of good samples from those of bad samples in the hyper-space
- a set of two linear equations of all factors, obtained in the vector diction of the two major components in the full feature space.
Equations are obtained by graphicall mining the data hyperspace, as shown below. Graphic tools are available in MaterMiner for the follwoing three graphical mining options:
point drawing - add data points to the hyperspace
line drawing - draw straight lines in the space to separate one region from another.
polyderon drawing - draw polyhedrons in the space to cover a subset of data points.
