Dalian University of Technology
Overseas Alumni Association (ODUT) is a self-serve, non-profit organization. By
maintaining a secured ODUT Member Directory and Auto-Mailer, the site provides services to and communications among the 200
DUT alumnus members residing in more than 13 countries or regions. The Directory
contains information of all registered members, and the Auto-Mailer allows one to
broadcast messages to members. If you are not a DUT alumnus, you will only have limited
access to the services. Measures are taken to protect the privacy of members. Countries/regions
represented by the alumni in Directory - Australia, Canada, Finland, France, Germany, Hong
Hong, Ireland, Japan, New Zealand, South Korea, Singapore, Sweden, , United Kingdom, and
USA

- register for inclusion in the Directory and
Auto-mailer.

(email address) & password for later use.

automatically to the auto-mailer and used as login name
- must follow the instructions to avoid being
rejected.
- Login (for registered members)
- must enter the correct user name (your
email address) and password
- update your record in the Directory (you
can't delete but change a record)
- search the Directory for someone
- list all members on list
- send email to a group or all members
- obtain or change your password
- Search the Directory (for
non-member guests)
- send email to one person found from the
directory. No detailed information is released.
- be prohibited from registering as a member
by an internal security monitoring process.

solutions to frequently asked questions on how to use this site.
