(a). make sure your browser can accept Java cookies. No other solution. (b). do not take too long after login to avoid the session time-out (limited time allowed) |
| 4 | I couldn't delete my old record (entered twice) in the DB, or how do I delete my info from the DB? | you are not allowed to delete a record from the database for security reasons. But you can ask the Admin to delete it for you. You can only update your info but not delete. |
| 5 | what is the hint question (when l forget password) ? | It gives you a hint (e.g., "my dog's name") for you to answer (e.g., "rudy") to retrieve your password and to login. |
| 6 | I logged in, but could not use the options after a while. | time-out, you are allowed a limited idle time (X min) to use the tool, this is a security measure. This can avoid strangers to use our system when you go for lunch, etc. |
