Foreword

OCBA has been invited by China MOST (Ministry of Science and Technology) to send 10 experts to give a series of 10 seminars at Beijing Hi-tech Fair on May 8-12, 2000. The topics are open but must have most important impact on China's knowledge economy and hi-tech business policy. MOST will provide full financial support for the trip plus a norminal consulting fee.

Applications are now sought from overseas Chinese scientists and engineers who have earned a PhD or MS and 5+ years experience in the field of his or her expertise. Please email a copy of resume, topic title and abstract of the presentation to dan@zaptron.com by Feb 15. No proprietary information of any sort should be included in the presenatation. An OCBA evaluation team will select 10 participants. All selected participants must committ to the time schedule of the program, and must be able to travel to Beijing on May 8-12.
